We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trainer Sourcing Specialist to join our Learning and Development team. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with clients to understand their training needs and source the most suitable trainers for both technical and non-technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and organize technical evaluation calls with trainers.

• Understand training requirements, with basic knowledge of leading technologies and deployment processes.

• Source trainer profiles using internal databases and external channels.

• Fulfill training needs for both technical and non-technical domains.

• Communicate professionally with clients and trainers to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Handle commercial and payment discussions with trainers and clients.

• Negotiate terms, raise, and release purchase orders.

• Address and manage training-related escalations efficiently.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training services.

• Maintain and update a robust trainer database.

• Provide creative sourcing solutions tailored to specific training needs.
