Cancellation and Refund Policy

Welcome to Duprait! We strive to make your shopping experience delightful and transparent. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review the following policy:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Before Shipping:
    You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please email our support team with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • Partial Cancellation:
    Partial cancellation—removing items from a multi-item order—is allowed within 24 hours, prior to dispatch.

  • Cancellation After Shipping:
    Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once you receive the order, provided it meets the return eligibility conditions.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window:
    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

    • Only regular-priced items may be returned. Discounted or sale items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

    • Items customized or made-to-order are not eligible for return.

  • How to Initiate a Return:
    Email our support team with your order ID, reason for return, and, if possible, supporting photos. We will review your request and arrange reverse pickup if applicable.

3. Refunds

  • Approval & Processing:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. Refund timing may vary depending on payment providers.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    For COD orders, refunds will be made via NEFT or UPI. You’ll need to provide your bank/UPI details.

  • Non-Refundable Charges:

    • Shipping, COD, and handling charges are non-refundable.

    • Products on sale or purchased with coupons or special offers may be non-refundable.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Report within 24 Hours:
    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Share your order ID, details, and a clear photo for resolution.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • To exchange an item, initiate a return and place a new order for the required product once your return is processed.
