1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Duration:
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Order Verification:
    After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. In some cases, we may contact you for additional verification before dispatch.

2. Shipping Duration

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

    • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

  • Standard Shipping Fee:

    • Orders below ₹999 may attract a nominal shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional fee.

4. Delivery Partners

We have tied up with trusted courier and logistics partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and India Post to ensure safe and timely deliveries across India.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and shipping provider details.

  • Track your Order: Visit Track My Order and input your tracking number or order ID.

If you face any issues tracking your shipment, feel free to contact our support team.

6. International Shipping

At present, international shipping is not available. We currently deliver only within India. Stay tuned as we expand our reach globally soon!

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

  • If the package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, contact number issues, or receiver unavailability, it will be returned to origin.

  • Re-shipping will incur extra charges, to be borne by the customer.

8. Delivery Delays

Though we strive to ensure timely deliveries, certain situations beyond our control may cause delays, including:

  • Natural calamities and weather disturbances

  • Unexpected logistical bottlenecks

  • Local or national holidays

  • Remote delivery zone access limitations

In such cases, we request your patience and assure you our best efforts to expedite your delivery.

9. Damaged / Tampered Packaging

If you receive a package that looks physically damaged, tampered, or opened:

  • Please refuse to accept the delivery.

  • Contact us immediately with pictures and your order ID for quick resolution.
